Welcome!

Welcome to Portland Fiddle Camps  – the only week-long fiddle camp just for kids in the Portland Metro area.

Fiddle Camp 2010 was another great experience!  In 5 days we learned several fiddle tunes, how to play solos and arrange a band.  Everyone also made new friends,  played games and enjoyed guest appearances by two very special guests: our friend and amazing guitarist Jon Nufeld, of the band Jackstraw and the musical fiddle/violin institution in one woman, our friend Lisa Ornstein!  At the end of the week the kids performed 5 fiddle tunes on stage complete with choreography, curtains and full band arrangements.  It was a blast and we hope you’ll join us in 2011.

NEW THIS YEAR: We have moved our camp to the Mt. Tabor Presbyterian Church. Please see location tab for more information.
